Weighbridge & Summing Indicator
Brisbane’s Accuweigh/QWM branches recently re-commissioned aging Avery weighbridges for receiving organic material from Gold Coast Waste Treatment plants. Arkwood Organics will be distributing the waste product to local farmers for improving soil conditions.
These metal deck, in ground weighbridges use mechanical lever systems which were fully inspected and serviced by one of Accuweigh’s experienced weighbridge crews to ensure accurate weight readings could be attained.
New weighing electronics were then fitted along with a PC running weighbridge software to track all incoming and outgoing product:
• 2 x Rinstrum R420 weighbridge weight indicators
• 1 x Rinstrum R420 weighbridge summing indicator
• PC with installed weighbridge software
The weighbridge was fully tested, calibrated and certified using Accuweigh’s weighbridge test unit to allow trade weighings of product to be done.
Accuweigh’s Brisbane South branch was recently amalgamated with QWM’s Brisbane North branch to improve cost effectiveness for clients of both companies.
