Vet Scales
Vet scales are being used for weighing greyhounds by Likisha Pty Ltd at Nelson Plains in the Hunter Valley. The vet scales are used to ensure ideal greyhound body weights are maintained during their early growing stages.
Accuweigh’s Newcastle branch supplied the vet scales with a rubber mat but these vet scales can also be fitted with a metal cage with opening gates if required. The weighing platform of these vet scales measures 900mm by 550mm making them ideal for weighing greyhounds and general vet use.
These vet scales are also ideal for use in mobile weighing applications due to their lightweight construction and the battery powered digital weight indicator which has a large LCD display for easy viewing of weight readings. An AC power adaptor is supplied to operate the vet scales from mains supply but 4 x AA batteries can also be fitted for portable weighing operations.
