Wet Area Scales
Accuweigh’s Brisbane South branch recently supplied 7 sets of Ishida IWX-150 wet area scales for use in the boning room at Swift’s Dinmore meatworks.
Constructed of water-proof stainless steel, the Ishida IW wet area scales are ideal for food processing applications - from agricultural and fishery industries to meatworks, wholesaling and retailing industries.
Ishida’s IPX scales are sturdy, stain, chemical, and corrosion resistant and fitted with a water-proof load cell onforming to an IP67 rating to allow these scales to be washed and sprayed with water, for easy cleaning. An industry first has the load cell coated with acrylic resin to make it completely water-proof.
The weight readings of the Ishida IPX wet area scales are displayed in a highly visible fluorescent display with multi-interval weighing ranges for high accuracy on lighter products without sacrificing the ability to weight heavy objests.
