Industrial Scales
Accuweigh’s Brisbane branch recently installed various industrial scales for MJS Underlays’ manufacturing plant at Yatala. The industrial scales are used in the manufacturer of foam underlay to ensure a quality underlay is achieved for the carpet and bedding industries.
The industrial scales now in use at MJS includes two platform scales for weighing resins and glues and a large industrial hopper scale suspended by four HBM load cells which is used to weigh foam chips.
The weighing instrumentation of these industrial scales is taken care of by three Rinstrum 2100 digital weight indicators featuring large backlit digits for high visibility to the operators.
