Container Weighing Scales For CB7 Containers.

The weighing platform of the Container Weighing Scales were fitted with rollers to enable the CB7 containers to be rolled on and off with minimal operator effort.

The Container Weighing Scales are statically mounted and to enable the CB7 containers to be easily transported to the scales for weighing, Accuweigh’s Newcastle branch also supplied a metal frame of the same dimensions as the Container Weighing Scales. Fitted with large castors underneath and rollers above, this frame is ideal for transporting the CB7 containers which are kept at identical height to the weighing plate of the Container Weighing Scales.

Accuweigh’s Container Weighing Scales are based on their A500 platform scales which are Australian Made using quality BPH steel and fully hot dip galvanised to avoid corrosion in wet areas or when pit mounted. These Container Weighing Scales have a clean under-plate design eliminating product spillage from building up around the load cell mountings which is one of the main causes of load cell failures in platform scales in wet areas.

The heavy steel checker plate is fully welded to the Container Weighing Scales rigid frame and features multiple cross braces to eliminate deflection under heavy loads. The load cells are rated to 150% overload and fitted with self-aligning levelling legs that are height adjustable for use on uneven surfaces.
