A heavy duty Public Weighbridge is in operation at the SEQ Hauliers depot at Hemmant, QLD.
Installed by Accuweigh’s Brisbane branch, the Public Weighbridge measuring 28 metres long is capable of weighing B Double truck and trailer combinations in a single weighing transaction.
The SEQ Hauliers public weighbridge uses a semi-pit design with the 3.5 metre wide concrete weighbridge deck at ground level for ease of truck access. The semi-pit design also eliminates the need for confined space permits when servicing or cleaning the weighbridge as required on fully in-ground installations.
Manufactured in Brisbane by QWM at Geebung, this public weighbridge features a heavy duty design with all metalwork hot dip galvanised for strong resistance to corrosion. The weighbridge has a weighing capacity of 80.00 tonnes with the heavy concrete weighbridge deck supported on eight stainless steel weighbridge load cells of 30tonne capacity each.
