Accuweigh’s Brisbane South branch recently supplied onboard scales for a truck fitted with a rear bitumen spreader for Armstrong Road Services based in Redcliffe, QLD.
The onboard scales monitor the flow rate of bitumen out of the spreader fitted to the rear of the truck to ensure the bitumen is evenly distributed. At the end of the run, the onboard scales will be used to determine the total amount of bitumen used for each job.
