Belt weigh scales were recently fitted with a high quality weight integrator at a quarry in Nerang, Queensland.
Accuweigh’s QWM branch in Brisbane supplied, installed and calibrated the weight integrator onto the belt weigh scales during a single working day in line with the quarry’s production needs.
The belt weigh scales were fitted with the latest Accuweigh IT 3000 digital weight integrator which is designed and manufactured in Germany to exacting standards. The Systec 3000 is ideal for use as a low cost replacement integrator in belt weigh scale applications with its internal tacho input pulse counter.
The original Ramsey belt weigh integrator had failed and the Accuweigh IT3000 is a readily available replacement that provides fully programmable functionality with an operator friendly interface. The IT 3000 integrator is contained inside a full stainless steel housing rated to IP65 as dust-proof and splash-proof and suitable for use in external mounting applications.
