Accuweigh’s Budpak branch in Newcastle recently supplied Bag Closing Machines to a stockfeed supplier based in Roma QLD, for their stockfeed bagging line.
The supply of the bag closing machines included:
• a Budpak ASP9 Semi-Automatic Sewing Station
• a Newlong model DS-9C sewing machine
• all associated controls to automatically start/stop the bag closing line
The bag closing line has the sewing station mounted on a height adjustable pedestal to cater for varying bag lengths. Also supplied was a Budpak GB55 bagging machine manufactured in stainless steel and fitted with a dust tight bag holder. An operator clamps the empty bags onto the filling spout for the automatic filling process to commence.
Once filled, the bags automatically drop onto a conveyor where they are transferred to the bag closing line for automatic bag closing.
