MODEL BR 4/A:

This machine is comprised of a rotary arm (supporting the wrapping film reel) that rotates around the pallet and wraps it. Its construction includes four legs supporting the rotary arm, a reel holder with hook and an automatic cutter, motorised roller conveyors, a PLC-controlled electric board and it is protected by accident-prevention conforming panels.

The machine can reach a capacity of 60 pallets/h and be fitted with accessories such as the TOP device (top wrapping of the pallet) to seal and protect the pallet in case of out door storage.

MODEL PR/A:

This machine is comprised of a central rotary platform with motorised roller conveyor. The incoming pallet is centered on the platform where a special device automatically hooks the film to the pallet that starts rotating. The combined vertical movement of the reel enables the pallet wrapping and in the end another device cuts the film and unloads the full pallet on the outfeed roller conveyor.

Functions are controlled through PLC electric board on the machine side The machine can reach a capacity of 30-40 pallets/h and be fitted with accessories such as the TOP device (top wrapping of the pallet) to seal and protect the pallet in case of out door storage.

MODEL SA/15:

It is suitable for low or medium output plants and thanks to its small size it can be used in small areas. It is equipped with rotary platform where the pallet to be wrapped is housed, a rod where the reel slide vertically to wrap the pallet and a rod built-in electric board with controls.

The task of the operator is simple:

• pallet positioning and film hooking, and
• unloading of the wrapped pallet and film cut.
