BOX SEALERS

The D35NC is an automatic, upper flaps folding sealer which is used for uniform size cartons. This machine meets all expected performances and versatility for a self-adhesive tape sealing machine.

By providing a simple box size adjustment option for height, width and folding rails allows changes in measurements to be done efficiently and quickly, with the means of two cranks in about two minutes. Once the carton dimensions are set, the machine is ready to operate.

Just push the start button and the filled cartons with folded lower flaps can be fed into the machine, which will fold the upper flaps and tape both top and bottom simultaneously and automatically. Both top and bottom taping heads are easily removable, without tools, to enable an easy tape roll refill. The Monoformat D35NC is ideal to work integrated onto an automatic end-of-line system.
