Accuweigh’s Melbourne branch recently supplied 4 sets of wet area scales to Southern United Seafoods at Richmond for weighing crates of seafood sold to clients by weight.
Two sets of the trade approved HV200KGV wet area scales are configured for static operation using 240 VAC input with the other two wet area scales (HV200KGL) are configured for portable use utilising internal batteries and mounted on mobile trolleys for wheeling to and from the large fish tanks.
A&D’s wet area scales are finished in stainless steel for withstanding the aggressive salt water and the larger platform sizes of 530 x 390mm makes them ideal for weighing the large crates in use. These wet area scales also feature multi-ranging ability to provide higher 20g accuracy for the first 60kg weighed.
