Six sets of Wet Area Scales were recently supplied to Dorsogna’s Smallgoods plant located in Perth’s’ suburb of O’Çonnor.
These Wet Area Scales are designed for use in wet and dusty environments areas with Accuweigh’s X320 digital weight indicator rated at IP69k for total waterproofing.
The digital indicators of these Wet Area Scales are designed to cope with the harshest of weighing environments and can withstand daily washing down procedures using high pressure hoses at temperatures up to 80º Centigrade.
These Wet Area Scales use the A&D HV-30kg scale bases which are rated at IP67 and feature full stainless steel construction.
Internal rechargeable batteries are fitted to the Wet Area Scales to eliminate the need for VAC power outlets in the wet areas. At the end of each day’s production, the Wet Area Scales are hosed down then packed in a dry room overnight for recharging the batteries.
