Weighbridge software was recently commissioned at Australia’s first Ethanol Bio-Refinery located at Dalby in Queensland. Accuweigh’s QWM branch installed AASoftware’s Ticket Aid Pro+ Weighbridge Software to records all vehicle movements over the weighbridge.
As well as monitoring incoming grain, the weighbridge software reports on the volumes of ethanol being despatched over the weighbridge. Other by-products of the bio-energy conversion processes are also tracked by the weighbridge software as they leave the plant, including distilled grain, syrup for stockfeeds and carbon dioxide.
AASoftware’s weighbridge software was chosen by the client due to the operator friendly interface and its ability to be easily modified to suit specific site processes. Another bonus was the weighbridge software’s interfacing capabilities that allow it to be easily linked with a diverse range of printers, external devices and networking systems without requiring the services of a software engineer.
The Ticket Aid Pro+ Weighbridge Software provides full statistical data for management reports and optional office licenses are available to allow other PC’s to access the weighbridge software from the network or remotely via the internet.
