A Ramsey beltweigher was recently repaired for a quarry located outside Nerang on Queensland’s Gold Coast.
Trained beltweigher technicians from Accuweigh’s QWM branch in Brisbane attended site to return the beltweigher to good operating condition.
The load cell fitted to the Ramsey beltweigher had failed and required replacement in order to become operational again. The original Revere load cell was replaced with a generic S type load cell and the beltweigher was then fully tested and calibrated to ensure continued weighing accuracy.
This Ramsey beltweigher is fitted with a Microtech 2000 controller with the beltweigher used for feeding aggregate into the onsite pug-mill for blending with cement before being fed into trucks for delivery.
