Accuweigh’s Brisbane South branch recently repaired a set of race car scales for Qld Saloon Car Association at Gympie. The portable scales are used to ensure the saloon cars conform to the association’s weight requirements.
The scale repairs were caused by water entering the connectors on the load cell cables which required new waterproof connectors to be fitted. The scales were then fully tested with approved test weights and re-calibrated to ensure complete weighing accuracy.
