R420 Summing Indicator For Bio-Refinery Weighbridge


Summing Indicator

A digital summing indicator has been fitted to the twin deck weighbridge currently being commissioned at the Dalby Bio-Refinery. The summing indicator will be used to display the total weight readings of both weighbridge decks and relay the weight information to a PC running AASoftare’s weighbridge software.

The summing indicator and the two standard R420 weight indicators are fitted into a custom control panel and mounted inside the weighbridge office. The summing indicator will send the weighbridge weight readings via RS-232 serial output to a PC running the latest Ticket Aid Pro+ Weighbridge Software from AASoftware.

The concrete deck weighbridge for the first Ethanol bio-energy plant to be built in Australia is 3.5 metre 2 x 20 metre weighbridges fitted back to back for an overall weighbridge length of 40 metres to cater for the now common B-Double road trains.
