Accuweigh’s Port Adelaide branch recently supplied a portable balance to the Institute Of Medical And Veterinary Science. The portable balance is destined for use the morgue at IMVS.
A&D’s HL portable balance was selected by Accuweigh for this medical weighing application that required a high resolution balance that could be moved around easily. A supplied carry case ensures these portable balances can be safely relocated without risk of damage.
Powered by 6 x AA alkaline batteries, the HL portable balances can operate for up to 200 hours or alternately can be operated from an optional plugpack if used in a static weighing application. These high resolution portable balances are available in capacities from 200g up to 4000g and are a very cost effective weighing solution.
