Parts Counting Scales
Accuweigh’s Adelaide branch recently supplied five sets of Parts Counting Scales to Gerard Industries for their new Clipsal distribution centre in SA’s Gepss Cross. The Parts Counting Scales are used to ensure accurate counts of parts being collected for despatch to Clipsal’s retail outlets across Australia.
Accuweigh supplied the HCi Parts Counting Scales from A&D Mercury which are fitted to mobile trolleys for collecting the required electrical parts from different aisles in the warehouse. The HCi Parts Counting Scales are ideal for this counting application due to the internal rechargeable battery that allows these Parts Counting Scales to operate for up to 80 hours between re-charges.
These Parts Counting Scales have many specific features for counting scale applications, such as:
• Audible Weighing Assist – the internal beeper changes frequency as the counting scale nears the required parts count
• Automatic Counting Accuracy Improvement – which provides greater counting accuracy
• Comparator Function – HI, LOW or OK displayed for either counts or weights required
• ID Memory Function – recalls up to 99 unit weights and comparator settings by ID numbers
