Hire Scales
Accuweigh QWM branch in Brisbane’s north, recently hired a set of scales to The Queensland Dragon Boat Federation so scrutineers could ensure all dragon boats competing at the recent QLD state titles were within the specified weight range.
The hire scales were used to weigh a field of up to sixteen dragon boats prior to the QLD titles held late March at Lake Kawana on QLD’s Sunshine Coast. The same hire scales will again be used at the National Titles for Dragon Boats to be held at the same location over the coming Anzac Day weekend.
