CAS Crane Scale
Accuweigh’s Adelaide branch recently supplied a set of CAS crane scales to Nyrstar’s lead smelter at Port Pirie. The crane scales will be used in the sintering process of the blast furnace.
These crane scales will accurately weigh the feed bins containing the raw materials used in the sintering process, including lead concentrates, limesand, and coke fines.
The CAS NC-1 crane scale features a cast aluminium case, a backlit LCD display and a wireless remote controller to allow the operator to easily tare the display readings without the need to access the crane scale keypad.
