Supplied by Accuweigh’s Newcastle branch, the Australian Made bulk bag filling stations were manufactured in Budpak’s manufacturing facility in Perth.

Both filling stations are being used for filling bulk bags with cobalt hydroxide with the bag placement and removal being manually performed by operators. The Budpak bulk bag filling stations includes operator platforms around the filling and closing stations complete with safety handrails and steps to facilitate bulk bag placement, removal and closure.

The bulk bag filling stations are designed to operate at production rates of 10 x 1000kg bags per hour and 5 x 2200kg bags per hour.

The supply of the bulk bag filling stations also included conveyors for transferring empty pallets to the filling station and loaded pallets to the downstream bag closing station. Two conveyors will also be fitted to the bulk bag closing station & filled pallet accumulator to facilitate bag closing and to accumulate filled pallets for removal by fork lift.
