A batch controller was recently supplied to a seed & grain supplier for use in manufactured bagging machines. The batch controller is fitted into a console and performs the necessary setpoint control functionality to regulate the amount of product filled into bags.
Supplied by Accuweigh’s Adelaide branch, the batch controller and two “S” type universal mount load cells form the basis of a net weight bagging system for the client’s own use.
Accuweigh’s R5110 batch controller is pre-configured for setpoint control operation and fitted with operator control buttons pre-wired for operation. A wiring terminal strip is installed ready for cable terminations from external motors, gates etc.
