These industrial scales are of robust design and available in a range of capacities and platform sizes from 30kg up to 300kg all fitted with a stainless steel platform.
The HL122 industrial scales also offer three power choices:
- Mains operation
- Internal re-chargeable battery operation
- Replaceable battery operation.
This trade approved industrial scale uses a large LCD display with backlighting for easy viewing under all lighting conditions while also conserving power when used on battery operation. The indicator headwork can be either column, bench or wall mounted to suit client applications. The large highly visible keypad has tactile feedback with essential functions highlighted in red for easy recognition.
Counting Scales:
Piece weights are easily selected and count quantities clearly displayed. Optional transmission of totals to a PC or a 24-character tally roll printer is also available.
Checkweighing Scales:
A variety of features assist with checkweighing routines including selectable targets by weight or by the number of pieces and programmable under and overweight tolerances. The display instantly confirms ‘under’, ‘accept’ and ‘over’ weights and a scale programmable, audible alarm warns the operator of any potential problems.
An optional relay output is available for monitoring weight tolerances with external signals for UNDER, OVER and ACCEPT conditions to control switching gates, alarms or external light towers.
Totalising Scales:
An addition function is available to store the number of weighings or pieces and their accumulated total. This information can be optionally relayed to a PC or printer.
