The Accupak 8000 net weigher has been designed to bag free flowing and flooding powder products and through the use of a twin vibrator, two stage feed, the 8000 Net Weigher can achieve an accuracy of + / - 10 grams, at a rate of 8-10 bags per minute.
The discharge chute of the net weigher has been designed with ease of operation in mind and can be supplied with quick change bag spouts to accommodate open top bags from 200gm to 5kg. All contact surfaces of the net weigher are manufactured in 316 stainless steel for easy cleaning while the enclosure is powder coated steel for strength and durability.
The Accupak 8000 net weigher uses a Ranger 5100 intelligent batching indicator due to its extreme ease of operation for operators and for its high level batching functionality; such as storage for 99 base recipes that can then be part batched using a specified percentage. The 5100 also has automatic in flight compensation and auto-jog routines for each product as well as full batch reporting including material usage and error deviations.
Options available for the 8000 Net weigher include; Bag rest, Auto/Manual dump and full stainless steel construction for food industry applications.
