The Tecno 100 is especially well adapted to applications where a single bagger is required for multiple bagging points.
Compact design with the option of having the packer frame mounted on castors facilitates quick and simple moveability from point to point. The auger bag filling system allows for flexibility in product characteristics including powdery, dusty, or granular products. Filling speeds of between 200-250 bags/hour are typical depending on the type of product to be bagged. Up to 4 Tecno 100 packers may be placed in line for a total production of up to 1000 bags/hour.

The filling system’s auger drive is anchored to the packer’s main frame, where as the forward portion of the auger is part of the “floating” filling assembly of the machine comprised of the filling spout and bag rest. A heavy-duty rubber hose connects the auger’s main enclosure with the filling spout, and isolates the filling assembly from the main frame. The auger controls the filling rate, and once the target weight is reached, rotation is halted and reversed momentarily in manner is halt product flow.

The Tecno 100 is exclusively equipped with an electronic weighing system. This features a filling assembly that is supported by a load cell sensor connected to sophisticated electronics, which in turn translate load signals into relative, accurate data. A weigh system interface with membrane keyboard and digital display, allows for visualization of bag weights and all parameters that may be input into the weigh control system. The primary advantage of electronic systems lies in their ability to constantly self monitor and automatically correct for any changes product properties.
