The ROLLER stretch wrapper for stretch film or net meets all the expected performances and versatility of a machine to wrap palletised loads and cylindrical loads. Wrapping parameters are set in order to handle any type of load, independently of their height, stability or configuration. Once the load in position and all values set, pushing the start button will automatically initiate the wrapping cycle.
The only manual actions required are hooking the film/net to the turntable clip, before starting, and cutting it at the end of the wrapping cycle. All other functions are programmable and automatically performed. The turntable is fitted with one admission/expelling roller and one parallel driving roller, that in the cylindrical wrapping mode spin the cylindrical loads while the turntable jogs, achieving thus a thorough wrapping of the load.
