The Rinstrum 5100 is a general purpose keypad indicator which can easily be transformed into a very competent batching indicator to automatically batch up to 6 individual products in one cycle and then discharge the contents by weight or time sequences.

Specialised batching features include:

• Auto-InFlight adjustments (each material updated every batch)
• Auto-Jogging routines (for use with materials with inconsistant flow characteristics)The materials and recipes are entered/stored/recalled by using up to 6 Alpha-numeric characters.
• Batch size adjustments can be made by "% adjustment" or "Number of Times"
• Full printing, reporting and usage logs are also available.
• For manual loading sequences, up to 20 materials can be controlled and tracked.
• There are also software timers, pause sequences and safety interlocks available.
