Insert filled bags into the carrier chains, and all operations including trimming, folding and overtape-sealing are performed automatically in one line.
Can be connected to the existing automatic packaging machine. The existing machine may require modification (dimensions and functions).
Features:
- Prevention of inclusion of foreign matter, sewing threads and crepe tape are not used. No thread fuzz is generated and inclusion of foreign matter is prevented.
- Prevention of paper dust and thread fuzz, paper dust and thread fuzz are not included in the bag because the bag is trimmed after sealing the inner PE tube (for units with a sealer).
- Cost reduction and enhanced productivity, threads and crepe tape are not required. Cost of auxiliary materials is reduced and replacements are decreased to enhance productivity.
- Separation of inner tube, for bags with inner PE tubes, the score cutter (option) separates the inner PE tube from the outer craft paper bag with ease.
- Improved working environment, machine noise is very low because no sewer is used. The working environment is improved and maintenance is easy.
- More accurate temperature control, a temperature controller is provided for each pair of heaters. Heater break interlock and abnormal temperature alarm are provided. To control heaters, non-contact switches (SSR) are used in place of ordinary magnetic switches to affect a high-accuracy temperature control.
