The X-Ray Inspection System offers very high levels of protection in minimising the risk of potential contaminants passing through the client’s production lines.
This high speed X-Ray Inspection System is being used for scanning yogurt contained in foil pouches to ensure the client’s high quality standards are maintained without compromising production throughput.
Accuweigh is the exclusive Australian distributor for the XR3000 series of X-Ray Food Inspection Systems that are manufactured in Australia by Applied Sorting based in Melbourne. Due to their local manufacture, the XR series X-Ray Inspection Systems can be configured to suit client application and preferences.
Initially designed for use in Australia’s export meatworks, the XR series X-Ray Inspection Systems are capable of high speed scanning for contaminants in 27kg cartons of frozen beef destined for export markets. Powered by an industrial grade PC, the operator interface of this X-Ray Inspection System utilises a full colour touch screen to ensure an operator friendly interface with intuitive screen mapping based on operator input.
