A Newlong Bag Heat Sealer is being used for sealing closed bags of animal nutritional mixes in Bathurst, New South Wales. Supplied by Accuweigh’s Budpak branch in Newcastle, the Bag Heat Sealer was part of a bagging and sealing line sold to Bathurst Specialty Blending.
The Newlong Impulse
Bag Heat Sealer is complete with a single element sealing device, foot-pedal
switch, adjustable sealing time, height adjustable bag table, and two castors.
Maximum bag heat sealing width is 600mm with a 5mm seal width.
The Budpak 8000
net weight bagging machine accurately pre-weighs product into a hopper and then
requires an operator to position the bags under the discharge chute for filling.
After the bag is filled and dropped, the operator presses the foot pedal of the
Newlong impulse bag heat sealer to securely seal the bags.
