The large bag ESSE GI VFFS machine on the Accuweigh/Budpak stand is being well received by visitors to FoodPro currently underway at Sydney’s Darling Harbour.
One of the prime attractions to the Accuweigh/Budpak stand is the regular demonstrations of the ESSE GI F1200 Vertical Form Fill Seal machine. This VFFS is designed for packaging a wide range of products into very large bags up to 1,000mm in length and weighing up to 50kg. The F1200 VFFS fitted with the Net Weigher module is ideal for packaging bulk volumes of many common dry powder products including flour, yeast, salt, biscuits, coffee, rice and many others.
When fitted with the alternate Volumetric Filler, the able to package a wide range of fibrous and organic products like barks, compost, soil, sand, hay and chaff. Using liquid spray nozzles enables the F1200 VFFS to package a diverse range of liquids such as detergents, milk, cordials and many others.
Many potential OH&S issues associated with changing the heavy reels of film are addressed by the self-loading film reel mechanism that totally eliminates the need for manhandling the large and heavy film reels. An in-built hydraulic mechanism lowers the current reel to the ground in preparation for picking up the new reel without any manual effort required apart from the pressing of a single button to initiate the sequence.
