Bagging Equipment was recently sold and commissioned by Accuweigh’s Perth branch to a Western Australian based supplier of fertilizers.
The manual Bagging Equipment bags natural fertilizer into 25kg plastic bags at the rate of 5 bags per minute.
The Budpak GB50 Bagging Equipment is configured for manual operation needing the operator to clamp an empty bag onto the filling mouth before the bag is automatically filled to correct weight. After filling, the bags are automatically dropped onto a closing conveyor for transportation to a bag heat sealer for closing.
Budpak’s manual Bagging Equipment utilises a two speed vibratory feeder with the adjustable trickle feed used for the last few seconds of filling to achieve very accurate bag weights in the shortest possible timeframe.
The Bagging Equipment’s weighing electronics uses a Rinstrum R5100 batching controller with internal memory for storing up to 99 different bag weights with all relevant setting and is able to generate reports on bags throughput and total bagged weight.
