A Check Weigher was recently commissioned at Country Chef’s Kunda Park Plant on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
The Check Weigher is being used to ensure correct weight of the company’s range of desserts packaged in 60g tubs.
Accuweigh’s Brisbane branch supplied an AccuCheck Check Weigher for medium speed check weighing applications and capable of weighing up to 100 packs per minute with a weight capacity of 2,000g.
This Accuweigh Check Weigher is manufactured in stainless steel to suit HACCP requirements for use in the food industry and features a tubular frame to minimise surface area. The Check Weigher’s conveyor has a quick release mechanism for easy access for cleaning and maintenance requirements.
Country Chef’s Check Weigher is configured with a reject mechanism to automatically remove any product from the conveyor line that is outside the programmed weight tolerances.
