VALVE BAG FILLING

The V2550 Valve Bag Filler is a self-contained bagging system for bagging a wide range of products. The V2550 is extremely unobtrusive to any site with a small footprint, simple installation and silent running. The system is controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and has a fully integrated low pressure air generation system.

Consistent, repeatable accuracy is achieved because the V2550 has a dual-stage filling system with the majority of the product filled at the maximum fill rate and reduced to a “dribble” feed to allow the system to accurately achieve the desired target weight.
