DescriptionThe V2550 Valve Bag Filler is a totally self-contained bagging system leading the way in bagging a range of products in to valve bags. The V2550 is extremely unobtrusive to any site with a small footprint, simple installation (simply locate and connect to services), and silent running.
The V2550 requires no special tools to complete installation and requires no tools at all to make operational adjustments. The system is controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and has a fully integrated low pressure air generation system.
AccuracyConsistent, repeatable accuracy is achieved because the V2550 has a dual-stage filling system. The majority of the product is filled at the maximum fill rate. Just prior to attaining the target weight, the fill rate is reduced to a “dribble” feed to allow the system to more accurately halt product flow to achieve the desired target weight.
