Pallet scales are more generally known as platform scales due to the platform upon which goods are placed for weighing. Within the freight and transport industry, platform scales are mainly used for weighing pallets which has led to the Pallet Scale terminology in use today. Pallet scales are a type of platform scale with typical dimensions of 1,200mm by 1,200mm and a weighing capacity of 3,000kg to suit the weighing of loaded pallets.

PALLET SCALE: A500
This is our standard heavy duty pallet scale, fully galvanised and suits most standard weighing applications. The A500 is a low profile pallet scale suitable for use in both above ground and in-ground applications.
PALLET SCALE: SALTER PRODECK
The Salter ProDeck pallet scales are almost indestructible. The patented weigh bars are extremely resilient to damage and almost impossible to damge through normal everyday mishaps.
This is the pallet scale for harsh conditions and where normal platform scales fail regularly due to excessive bumping by forklifts or overloading damage.
PALLET SCALE: EASY CLEAN
These pallet scales are ideal for fitting into pits in food processing areas requiring daily wash downs. The weigh plate is hinged and fitted with gas struts for easy lifting to allow cleaning of the pit/drain that is usually hidden underneath normal pallet scales.
All pallet scales are available in powdercoat, galvanised or stainless steel finishes with a variety of indicators to suit your application.
