PICK AND PLACE DENESTERS

Accuweigh is the sole distributor of Ixia Pick and Place denesting machines in Australia and New Zealand. Pick and Place denesters are available for all types of Packaging Systems. The range of Dragonfly denesters incorporates the unique Snapdragon quick change tooling, making Production Line changes extremely simple for operators - tray tool changes are achieved in under two minutes. Accuweigh’s packaging machines offers the ideal solution to the various tray changes required on production lines; production line versatility, increased line efficiencies and output, major cost savings and elimination of repetitive strain injuries.

The Dragonfly denesters range in sizes from single lane Intermittent (model IPP) at 60 pieces per minute to multi-lane at 360+ pieces per minute. In addition, Accuweigh distribute the Rotary denester (model RPP) for high speeds applications in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and mailing Industry as well as bespoke denester machines for special applications.

Recently added to the range, the new flexible lane Dragonfly denester which allows the customer to change from one lane to multiple lanes using the patented Snapdragon Multi-Lane cassette system. This feature allows operators to change the number of lanes in under two minutes - it couldn’t be simpler.

TRAY INSERTION SYSTEMS

The Dragonfly denester can be used for tray insertion, placing foil or plastic trays in to pre-assembled cartons at speeds of 60+ cartons per minute - accuracy and consistency of placement and flexibility of packaging is vital and the Dragonfly range delivers.

Accuweigh also distributes a high speed “Card” denest system which automatically places the cards at high speeds under the travelling product (meat, fish, etc.) prior to final wrapping and sealing.

LID PLACEMENT SYSTEMS

Accuweigh distributes a range of lid placement systems for pots, trays, foils, etc. for both single and multi-lane applications. The precise control feature of the Dragonfly coupled with the unique Snapdragon tooling ensures repeatability of placement accuracy for all types of packaging.

The lid placement system can operate as a stand alone unit or be combined with the Pot denester and Lid compressing machine as a “Plug and Go” turnkey system.

LID COMPRESSION SYSTEMS

The Lid Compressing systems are designed for single and multi-lane applications and operate as stand alone or can be integrated to any Dragonfly denester using the “Plug and Go” connection to ensure total compatibility.

Compressing systems have also been manufactured for hinged trays in the Food and Bakery sectors, designed to turn the lid and lock all 4 sides in position.
