Vertical Form, Fill and Seal Machines (or VFFS) are a high-speed packaging machine, ideal for bagging food products in to sealed plastic bags. Delicate food products, such as potato chips and biscuits, are protected from damage to maximise product appearance and quality.

The machines will fill the bag to the required weight or volume, heat seal the bag, label the bag with a time/date stamp, and auto cut the bag. VFFS equipment can produce one complete bag per second, depending on the bag size, and are ideal for high-throughput production factories.
